This is an outsourced service where we do all the payroll processing on behalf of the client. We provide the client with the following outputs:

• Complete payroll processing for local, international and expatriate employees
• Electronic employee payslips via either email or via an online self-service portal
• Electronic Banking interface file for submission of net salary
• Electronic payroll journals for import into accounting systems
• Electronic Statutory deductions interface files (e.g. Social Security, Hospital Insurance, Tax authorities, Pension etc) where applicable
• Standard payroll reports such as: Payroll summary, Variance Report, Control totals (i.e. Company Payslip)
